This premium villa features a kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including an apartment-sized refrigerator and range/stove. The unit offers two queen size beds with new mattresses and a flat-screen TV with cable and DVD player. The bathroom includes a tub/shower and a separate vanity area. Guests can enjoy dining at a round table for four or relax on the covered deck with a wooded view. Dedicated WiFi service is provided. This property is non-smoking and does not allow pets.

This studio is located approximately one mile away from the main amenities. This property does not have a water view. There are no laundry facilities. Rented golf carts cannot be taken to this unit.
