- Apple Valley 31 offers a full size bed, a love seat sleeper sofa (see slideshow) and a flat-screen TV with cable and DVD player.
- The studio features a kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a full-sized refrigerator and range/stove.
- The bathroom includes a tub/shower and a separate vanity area.
