The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, including a full size refrigerator, four burner stove/oven, large microwave, standard 12 cup brewing coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a twin bed, cloth chair, flat screen TV and en suite bathroom with a full tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom has two queen beds, a large flat screen TV, access to the common area full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Go out the sliding glass door to your private deck. You'll love taking in the lake views from your seating area or perhaps even fishing from the bank, plus be within walking distance to resort amenities.
CANCELLATIONS/TRANSFERS. Requests must be in writing and received by a Rumbling Bald Resort rental agent. In the event Tenant must cancel this reservation more than 45 day prior to arrival, Tenant shall receive a refund of all payments made, less a cancellation fee of $50.00. Cancellations that occur within 45 to 15 days prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the total reservation charges. Cancellations which occur within 14 days of arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to the amount of the reservation. NO refunds will be given for early departures or unused portions of packages.
HOUSEKEEPING SUPPLIES: There is a one-two day starter supply of items such as coffee packets, toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent (where appropriate), shampoo, and soap that has been supplied for your vacation rental. All towels, sheets, and linens are provided for the allowed occupancy number of each unit. There is no housekeeping service provided during your stay. If you run out of any starter supplies, you many purchase these at Apple Valley Market or Ingles Grocery.

Liv, Jordy, and Breanna at the restaurant were absolutely fabulous!! Took care of a very loud, boisterous crew with humor and kindness. Liv even wrote out directions to get us back to the airport in Greenville. Thank you to all!
Lovely condo (1203) and great amenities. The updated interior and having no carpet was great for my wheelchair.
