Fairway Villa #1406 is a beautiful golf course condominium within easy walking distance to amenities. This two bedroom, two bathroom condo will accommodate up to 10 guests. It is tastefully decorated with golf themes throughout and offers stunning mountain and golf course views from a rear deck off the living room or small deck off the master bedroom. The unit offers central air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a full kitchen, and a small washer/dryer for your laundry needs.

Once inside, steps lead down into a comfortable living area with a sofa, television, and dining table with seating for four. Sliding glass doors lead to a rear deck overlooking the first fairway of Bald Mountain Golf Course. The master bedroom has two queen size beds, full bath, and a television. The second bedroom offers two queen-sized beds, full bath, a futon, and a television. With five separate beds, this condo has a spacious feel and is a great choice for families vacationing or golfers who want the additional savings of a fifth player in the same unit. This unit comes with its own dedicated WiFi connection.Your stay includes FULL ACCESS to all the amenities including the private beach, three pools, spa and sauna, water sports, golf courses, restaurants, and more!  Take a lake cruise, go golfing for the day, hang out at the lakefront beach, take a dip in one of the pools, or enjoy the endless activities at the Wellness/rec center and spa.  Pontoon boat and SUP rentals available (seasonal).  Enjoy the 18-hole mini-golf course, shooting hoops on the full-sized basketball court, or playing, cornhole, pickleball, and Tennis.
 
The Spa and Salon at Rumbling Bald offers a complete menu of treatments that range from salon services, skin, and nail care, to soothing massages.  The gift shop features locally made gifts including apparel, beauty products, and organic soaps and lotions. The fitness center has state-of-the-art equipment and weekly fitness classes. All year long you can take advantage of the upgraded indoor pool area featuring a large, heated pool, jacuzzi, dry sauna, and steam room.

HOUSEKEEPING SUPPLIES: There is a one-two day starter supply of items such as coffee packets, toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent (where appropriate), shampoo, and soap that has been supplied for your vacation rental. All towels, bath mats, sheets, and dish clothes are provided for the allowed occupancy number of each unit and there is no housekeeping service provided during your stay. If you run out of any starter supplies, you many purchase these at Apple Valley Market or Ingles Grocery.
CANCELLATIONS/TRANSFERS. Requests must be in writing and received by a Rumbling Bald on Lake Lure rental agent. In the event Tenant must cancel this reservation more than 45 day prior to arrival, Tenant shall receive a refund of all payments made, less a cancellation fee of $75.00. Cancellations that occur within 45 to 15 days prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the total reservation charges. Cancellations which occur within 14 days of arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to the amount of the reservation. NO refunds will be given for early departures or unused portions of packages.
