Fairway Villa #1406 is a tastefully decorated golf course condominium that offers scenic mountain and golf course views. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit can accommodate up to 10 guests. It features central air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a small washer/dryer. The living area is cozy with a sofa, TV, and a dining table for four. Sliding glass doors open to a rear deck overlooking the first fairway of Bald Mountain Golf Course. The master bedroom has two queen beds, a full bath, and a TV. The second bedroom has two queen beds, a full bath, a futon, and a TV. With five separate beds, this condo is spacious and ideal for families or golfers. Dedicated Wi-Fi is available.
 

Your stay includes full access to all the amenities including the private beach, three pools, spa and sauna, water sports, golf courses, restaurants, and more!  Take a lake cruise, go golfing for the day, hang out at the lakefront beach, take a dip in one of the pools, or enjoy the endless activities at the Wellness/rec center and spa.  Pontoon boat and SUP rentals available during the Summer.  Enjoy the 18-hole mini-golf course, shooting hoops on the full-sized basketball court, or playing, cornhole, pickleball, and Tennis.
