Description

Outdoors golf and lake enthusiasts will like this two bedroom, two and a half bath townhouse-style condo. From the front deck, you'll enjoy front row seats of the #1 Green of Bald Mountain Golf Course.  From the rear deck, you'll be right across from the picnic area and fishing pier on Bald Mountain Lake. The inside is comfortably furnished with Berber carpet throughout. The vaulted living room has a queen sleeper sofa, leather love seat, two armchairs, corner gas log fireplace, wall-mounted TV, DVD, VHS, plus a nice collection of videotapes, and board games. The large dining table seats six, plus there are three chairs along a breakfast counter. The U-shaped kitchen has a range, refrigerator, dishwasher, small microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and laundry room with stack washer and dryer. Right off the kitchen is a 1/2 bath.  Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with two full-size beds, wall-mounted TVs, separate full baths with tub/showers, and small private balconies. This unit also features WiFi Internet.

CANCELLATIONS/TRANSFERS. Requests must be in writing and received by a Rumbling Bald Resort rental agent. In the event Tenant must cancel this reservation more than 45 day prior to arrival, Tenant shall receive a refund of all payments made, less a cancellation fee of $50.00. Cancellations that occur within 45 to 15 days prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the total reservation charges. Cancellations which occur within 14 days of arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to the amount of the reservation. NO refunds will be given for early departures or unused portions of packages.


HOUSEKEEPING SUPPLIES: There is a one-two day starter supply of items such as coffee packets, toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent (where appropriate), shampoo, and soap that has been supplied for your vacation rental. All towels, sheets, and linens are provided for the allowed occupancy number of each unit.  There is no housekeeping service provided during your stay. If you run out of any starter supplies, you many purchase these at Apple Valley Market or Ingles Grocery.
