Enter the spacious foyer, and you'll immediately feel the wholeness of this home which makes it ideal for groups of up to ten. The living room has seating around the television and a gas-log fireplace on the main floor with kitchen bar seating directly behind, and dining room table seating adjacent. This brings everyone together! Sleeping options on this level include a lake view master bedroom with a king-size bed, a queen-size bedroom, and a bedroom with two twin beds. 

The lower level is cozy and fun! A flat-screen tv, sectional sofa, stylish roundtable discussion/game table, two brand new game tables with nearby bar seating, and a comfy lounge area nearby.This level also offers a second master suite with queen size bed.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! This lakefront home in Rumbling Bald Resort offers easy access to all you need for a great vacation. Situated between Apple Valley Golf Course and Rumbling Bald Golf Course, you are just minutes away from all amenities. Good restaurants, shopping, grocery stores and gas are all close by.
This home is large enough to accommodate large families or a vacation with friends. Located on a spot in the lake noted for great fishing, you can catch your dinner from the dock, kayak (two) around the lake at sunrise or sunset, enjoy mother nature at her best, and end your day with a relaxing swim. The outside firepit on the terraced back yard is perfect for making smores or memories with your favorite beverage.

The lower level of the home features a 2nd master and LARGE entertainment area including air hockey and a pool table. A large sectional sofa, and TV make this a gathering place for kids to have their own spot.

There is a large deck with gas grill, that offers ease of cooking out, adjacent to the kitchen and large dining room which seats 10 people comfortably. The chef’s kitchen is designed with a prep island and a breakfast bar, and top of the line appliances.
The adjacent laundry room has a brand-new washer and dryer and generous folding countertop space.

Your stay includes FULL ACCESS to all the amenities including the private beach, three pools, spa and sauna, water sports, golf courses, restaurants, and more!  Take a lake cruise, go golfing for the day, hang out at the lakefront beach, take a dip in one of the pools, or enjoy the endless activities at the Wellness/rec center and spa.  Pontoon boat and SUP rentals available (seasonal).  Enjoy the 18-hole mini-golf course, shooting hoops on the full-sized basketball court, or playing, cornhole, pickleball, and Tennis.
 
The Spa and Salon at Rumbling Bald offers a complete menu of treatments that range from salon services, skin, and nail care, to soothing massages.  The gift shop features locally made gifts including apparel, beauty products, and organic soaps and lotions. The fitness center has state-of-the-art equipment and weekly fitness classes. All year long you can take advantage of the upgraded indoor pool area featuring a large, heated pool, jacuzzi, dry sauna, and steam room.

CANCELLATIONS/TRANSFERS. Requests must be in writing and received by a Rumbling Bald on Lake Lure rental agent. In the event Tenant must cancel this reservation more than 45 day prior to arrival, Tenant shall receive a refund of all payments made, less a cancellation fee of $75.00. Cancellations that occur within 45 to 15 days prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the total reservation charges. Cancellations which occur within 14 days of arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to the amount of the reservation. NO refunds will be given for early departures or unused portions of packages.
HOUSEKEEPING SUPPLIES: There is a one-two day starter supply of items such as coffee packets, toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent (where appropriate), shampoo, and soap that has been supplied for your vacation rental. All towels, sheets, and linens are provided for the allowed occupancy number of each unit.  There is no housekeeping service provided during your stay. If you run out of any starter supplies, you many purchase these at Apple Valley Market or Ingles Grocery.
