Located just off our Bald Mountain Golf course sits this newly renovated condo. This condo will give you a luxurious feel with the sleek, modern upgrades. On the first floor you will find two spacious living areas, as well as a beautiful kitchen. Both living areas have flat screen TVs for guests to watch their favorite shows or enjoy the big game! The main living area has an electric fireplace that will create a cozy environment. Enjoy the kitchen island that has elegant barstools that create a perfect space for entertaining or just eating a meal with your family. The under glow of the kitchen reflects off the shiny granite countertops and gives and adds a fun extra detail to the space. The kitchen comes equipped with everything you will need & more during your stay. This includes a coffee pot, refrigerator, range, and dishwasher! Just off one of the living areas and kitchen is a half bath. There is also a queen-sized pullout sofa bed located downstairs.
Once you make your way upstairs, you will find two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom has two queen sized beds that offer plenty of space to unwind after a busy day of activities. This bedroom also has a flat screen TV. A private balcony can also be accessed through this bedroom. The balcony offers guests to take in the view while drinking their morning coffee. This bedroom also has its own private bathroom. From the beautifully tiled walk-in shower to his & hers sink, this bathroom creates an environment that will make getting ready for your day an enjoyable experience! The second bedroom also has two queen beds with rustic wooden headboards. The stained-glass window in this bedroom will really catch your eye. Enjoy watching your favorite shows on the flat screen TV while cozying up on the bed. This bedroom also has its own private bathroom located in the hallway. This bathroom also offers a gorgeous walk-in shower and great lighting for guests to get ready in. The upstairs level also has a laundry area with both a washer & dryer.
The front entrance of the condo has a fully furnished patio. With plenty of seating for everyone, guests & their families can enjoy the mountain air while eating breakfast, lunch or dinner! The condo sits in a perfect location that will allow guest to either take a quick drive or a scenic walk to our amenities.
Your stay includes FULL ACCESS to all the amenities including the private beach, three pools, spa and sauna, water sports, golf courses, restaurants, and more! Take a lake cruise, go golfing for the day, hang out at the lakefront beach, take a dip in one of the pools, or enjoy the endless activities at the Wellness/rec center and spa. Pontoon boat and SUP rentals available (seasonal). Enjoy the 18-hole mini-golf course, shooting hoops on the full-sized basketball court, or playing, cornhole, pickleball, and Tennis.
The Spa and Salon at Rumbling Bald offers a complete menu of treatments that range from salon services, skin, and nail care, to soothing massages. The gift shop features locally made gifts including apparel, beauty products, and organic soaps and lotions. The fitness center has state-of-the-art equipment and weekly fitness classes. All year long you can take advantage of the upgraded indoor pool area featuring a large, heated pool, jacuzzi, dry sauna, and steam room.

HOUSEKEEPING SUPPLIES: There is a one-two day starter supply of items such as coffee packets, toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent (where appropriate), shampoo, and soap that has been supplied for your vacation rental. All towels, bath mats, sheets, and dish clothes are provided for the allowed occupancy number of each unit and there is no housekeeping service provided during your stay. If you run out of any starter supplies, you many purchase these at Apple Valley Market or Ingles Grocery.
CANCELLATIONS/TRANSFERS. Requests must be in writing and received by a Rumbling Bald on Lake Lure rental agent. In the event Tenant must cancel this reservation more than 45 day prior to arrival, Tenant shall receive a refund of all payments made, less a cancellation fee of $75.00. Cancellations that occur within 45 to 15 days prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the total reservation charges. Cancellations which occur within 14 days of arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to the amount of the reservation. NO refunds will be given for early departures or unused portions of packages.
