Welcome to Apple Valley 30, where comfort meets serenity and relaxation!
 

Having undergone much needed renovations over the winter, the unit has new flooring, lighting, AC/Heat and fresh paint throughout. In this studio, there is a queen size bed with a gorgeous wooden bed frame. In the living area, curl up on the couch to watch favorite TV shows on the flat screen TV or read a book seated in the recliner.The kitchenette in this studio is now functional, fully equipped and boasts all new appliances: freezer/fridge, combo microwave/convection/broil/air fryer, electric tea kettle, drip coffee maker, 2 burner flat countertop insert, toaster and NutriBullet. There is also a quaint dining area to partake of morning coffee or a favorite meal. The bathroom has everything to get ready for the day, or night, including a new sink/vanity/mirror, great lighting and all new black fixtures. This studio also has a fine covered back deck, offering fresh mountain air, a view of beautiful trees and a place to watch the sun set over the ridgeline of Rumbling Bald Mountain itself!       
 

Your stay includes full access to all the amenities including the private beach, three pools, spa and sauna, water sports, golf courses, restaurants, and more!  Take a lake cruise, go golfing for the day, hang out at the lakefront beach, take a dip in one of the pools, or enjoy the endless activities at the Wellness/rec center and spa.  Pontoon boat and SUP rentals available during the Summer.  Enjoy the 18-hole mini-golf course, shooting hoops on the full-sized basketball court, or playing, cornhole, pickleball, and Tennis.

The Spa and Salon at Rumbling Bald offers a complete menu of treatments that range from salon services, skin, and nail care to soothing massages.  The gift shop features locally made gifts including apparel, beauty products, organic soaps and lotions. The fitness center has state-of-the-art equipment and weekly fitness classes. All year long you can take advantage of the upgraded indoor pool area featuring a large, heated pool, jacuzzi, dry sauna, and steam room. All properties come with starter supplies, linens, and towels.
