The master bedroom features a king-size bed, private bath, and walk-in closet, while the second bedroom has two twin beds and a shared bathroom. Enjoy the covered porch with golf course views while sipping your coffee, and bring your furry friend along too. There's something for everyone here. Golfers can play on championship courses while others can indulge in spa treatments, take a scenic cruise, or enjoy tennis and three pools. Kids have mini-golf, adventure camps (seasonal), and a lazy river.  Additionally, on-site restaurants offer hassle-free dining options.

Please note that there are two outdoor security cameras at the property, one in the garage and the other at the front door.

Your stay includes full access to all the amenities including the private beach, three pools, spa and sauna, water sports, golf courses, restaurants, and more!  Take a lake cruise, go golfing for the day, hang out at the lakefront beach, take a dip in one of the pools, or enjoy the endless activities at the Wellness/rec center and spa.  Pontoon boat and SUP rentals available during the Summer.  Enjoy the 18-hole mini-golf course, shooting hoops on the full-sized basketball court, or playing, cornhole, pickleball, and Tennis.

The Spa and Salon at Rumbling Bald offers a complete menu of treatments that range from salon services, skin, and nail care to soothing massages.  The gift shop features locally made gifts including apparel, beauty products, organic soaps and lotions. The fitness center has state-of-the-art equipment and weekly fitness classes. All year long you can take advantage of the upgraded indoor pool area featuring a large, heated pool, jacuzzi, dry sauna, and steam room. All properties come with starter supplies, linens, and towels.

This condo is located approximately one mile away from the main amenities. This property does not have a water view. Rented golf carts cannot be taken to this unit.

This condo has a Level 2 240V/40A Electric Vehicle (EV) Charger with a J1772 charging plug for guests to use!
