A beautiful space inside the Apple Valley Farm in the heart of Rumbling Bald Resort. Apple Valley Farm is a 15-acre luxury motor coach park with 46 spaces for Class A motor coaches. Inside the park is a beautiful lake with two waterfalls and a working waterwheel. Outside the park guests can experience all Resort amenities including golf, spa, dining, swimming, tennis, and private beach on Lake Lure. Rented golf carts can not be taken to this Lot.
*RV must be a minimum 32' Class A motor coach.
** No 4 wheel pull behind trailers allowed. Cars must be hitched to motor coach.

Pets
Many of our owners have pets; however we do maintain regulations regarding pets. For our guests, please follow our rules to insure that everyone enjoys their stay at Apple Valley Farm. Failure to comply with our pet rules will result in removal from the Resort.
- Pets are limited to two per site
- Pets must be on a leash when walking throughout the park
- No aggressive dogs are allowed
- Pets must not be left outside unattended
- Owners must keep pets quite at all times
- Please pick up after your pet
