Very clean. Large enough for our family of 8. We enjoyed the front and back porchs. Easy walking distance to all the amenities. The staff at rumbling bald were great. Cant say enough about them.

Loved the house. We were having a fam reunion. Other relatives staying elsewhere on property but we all got together at night at our house to eat together. Plenty of room to spread out. Loved the front room with games. Would stay here again!

This was our first visit to Rumbling Bald. We really enjoyed our time here. It was an impressive place and we really enjoyed the pool and beach. Overall, it was a really nice weekend stay.

Lake House Retreat surpassed all of our expectations. Each bedroom was spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms have everything you need! The kitchen has everything you need to make a yummy breakfast or quick dinner. We especially enjoyed the Blackstone & actually purchased one because we loved it that much! The back deck with the firepit & hot tub made for the perfect spot for the family to gather after a day full of activities. We also made some friends with the ducks on the lake while we were paddle boarding. It was so nice to have the paddle board and kayak available to us during our stay. We also loved sitting in the sunroom with the windows open to enjoy the fresh air and the beautiful view. We will definitely be staying here in the future!

Everything was perfect in this stay! Space, cleanliness, everything that you need been away from home. Will definitely come back!

Spacious, well decorated, great location, views

Restaurants were great but the home was the best for us all! Walters, Whitmans and the Allins

The unit was perfect! We spent our winter break vacation with our 15 year old son. He had a great time-and that's not an easy task with teens, LOL. We enjoyed pickle ball, mini golf, relaxed by the lake and ate at Victory restaurant- just a few minutes away. In town we visited Chimney Rick and went tubing at Black Bear M. We even played Dirty Dancing as a tribute to Lake Lure and played scrabble. It's very thoughtful how you guys thought of everything- it's like being home away from home. Thank you for everything.
